When should I reserve?
Reservations for items should be made at least 3 weeks prior to your event date. Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you require a deposit?
A $100 deposit is needed to lock in your booking! If the item you request totals less than $100, don't worry – we’ll only ask for 50% of that amount as your deposit.
What is the length of the rental?
No need to watch the clock! Our rental rates aren’t based on daily charges. You get to pick up your items the day before your event and bring them back the day after your event before noon—no extra fees, just extra convenience! Flower Walls will not be available for pick up. They will be delivered 2 hours prior to the start of your event and scheduled for pick up at the end.
Do I need to clean items before I return them?
All items should be returned in pre-rented condition.
